Get your Police Clearance Certificate 

To obtain your Police Clearance Certificate, we kindly request the following documents:

1. An original set of fingerprints to be sent via courier to our agency.
2. A copy of the applicant’s valid ID or passport.
3. If the applicant is married and requires the maiden surname to be included, please provide a copy of the marriage certificate.

Please note that courier fees are not included in the service.

The Police Clearance Certificate is issued by SAPS and the criminal center in Pretoria, based on official documents, to confirm whether the individual listed has any criminal records associated with their name.
